Para solicitar se deberá presentar por el registro del excelentísmo Ayuntamiento de Crevillent el ANEXO I y el ANEXO II dirigido al área de educación.
ANEXO I. Solicitud de uso de instalaciones escolares. (Deberá ir firmado por la/el Director/a del Centro Educativo solicitado)
